Personal Training

LIFEFIT (60min) designed to suit any fitness level using functional training methods to improve all round health and fitness. Classes capped at 11 people.

LIFEFIT Extra (90min) focused towards more active people looking to take their training to the next level.  Classes capped at 8 people.

Personal Training avaliable in 30min and 60min time frames. Personal structed training programs, diet advice and more. Indiviually designed to help you achive your goal, weather that’s to lose 10kg, gain muscle mass or live pain-free, we have experience achiving these goals and others.

*Class reservation 2 weeks in advance and up to 1 hour before start of class.
