WHAT IS LIFEFIT?

LIFEFIT is fun challenging group training designed to help people of all fitness levels. Based on Functional Movements inside a 1 Hour class using cardio/body-weight/weight-lifting training methods, with a experienced coaches, we teach people how to move well inside the gym to make their life outside the gym easier.

Looking to lose an extra 10kgs? Maybe struggling to put on muscles mass? Or looking to live a pain free life? LIFEFIT MINAMI mixes Personal Training in conjunction with our group training to help with people find solutions to individual problems.

Already training but feel bored or lost every time you walk into a gym? LIFEIT MINAMI group classes have a structure menu that changes everyday. Menus using using cardio/body-weight/weight-lifting with high rep, low rep, light weight, heavy weight, high skill, etc. we cover all training methods.
