FREEZE POLICY
会員は、カレンダー年につき最大3カ月、1カレンダーマンズ単位で会費3,000円(税別)を支払うことで、会員資格を凍結することができます。凍結の通知は、会員資格の更新日の前に、営業時間内にいつでもLifeFit Minamiに提出する必要があります。凍結期間中は会費が請求されません。凍結期間の終了時に、請求は自動的に再開されます。現行の会員契約は、凍結した月数分延長されます。
Members may put their membership on freeze, in one calendar month/s, for up to three calendar months per calendar year for a fee of ￥3,000 per calendar month. Notice of freeze must be given to LifeFit Minami, any time during business hours prior to membership renewal date to be frozen. Members will not be billed for membership during frozen months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of freeze. The current membership agreement will be extended by the number of months frozen.
CANCELLATION POLICY
会員は、3ヶ月の最低利用期間を終えた後、1カレンダーマンズ以上の事前通知で会員資格をキャンセルすることができます。会費の返金は行わず、LifeFit Minamiはキャンセルされた会員資格を分割計算しません。退会の通知は、以下のフォームを提出して行う必要があります。
A member may cancel his/her membership with a minimum of one full calendar month’s notice after completing the minimum 3-month commitment period. There are no refunds for membership fees, and LifeFit Minami will not prorate a canceled membership. Notification of withdrawal must be made by submitting the form below.
