Personal Training

Our coaches are experts in all health-related fields and will work with you to create an individualized plan that suits your needs. Both 60 and 30 minute sessions are available. LifeFit Extra

90 minute Extra sessions are designed for active individuals or athletes looking to take their training to the next level. Our high volume and high paced workouts are perfect for those who are looking to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals. With a focus on functional fitness and strength training, these sessions offer a challenging workout that is suitable for those who are already in good physical condition. Our sessions are limited to 8 people, allowing for more individualized coaching and ample space for each person to use within the gym.
